Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Certain types of items, such as personalized or custom products, cannot be returned. Please contact our support team for clarification before making a return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order details.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
