How to Return Items with Free Return Service

At BiggerTok, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process with our Free Return Service. Follow the steps below to return your items easily and without any cost:

Step 1: Check Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as final sale items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Step 2: Initiate a Return

Log in to Your Account: Go to your account dashboard on www.biggertok.com and select the order you wish to return.
Select Items for Return: Choose the items you want to return and specify the reason for the return.
Request a Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Step 3: Pack Your Items

Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, if available, or in a secure package.
Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number inside the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location as specified in the return label instructions.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
